About the event

Photography can be a fun and rewarding hobby whether the

camera you are using is a cellphone, point and shoot, or more

sophisticated DSLR or mirrorless model. This approximately one hour course will touch upon some basic

photographic concepts including camera modes, exposure, aesthetic

aspects (such as composition, color, etc.), and post-processing. The

purpose is to provide familiarity with common photographic terms and

concepts so that one can then further pursue more advanced

knowledge either online, via book, or in-person learning.
